This workshop explored the composition of a “score of action,” using the body as its starting point. Focusing on everyday reality, personal courage, and radical expression, participants were invited to learn to shape and articulate their own experiences. Led by the director Lucia Repašská and D’epog ensemble members, the session introduced psycho-physical training for performers and guided participants from the first impulse to the fully realized action.
